Hawks News · Hanover Elves Raise Money for Families!

The annual elfing took place on Friday, December 20. Mr. Phil Gross and his Character Education students started the Hanover High tradition a few years ago. Teachers are nominated by their students for the elf parade. During the last week of classes before the winter break, students place money in their teacher’s jar. The teachers who raise the most money dress as elves on the last day before the break. This year’s elves raised $300 for needy families in the Hanover area. The teacher who brought in the most donations was Ms. Courtney Lebow.
