The Hanover track team competed at the Region 4A East Tournament over the Memorial Day weekend. Rachel Crytser came in first place in the 3200 meter run, setting a season best time of 11:19.60. Nathaniel Good came in 6th place in the 800 meter run and qualified for the state tournament with a time of 2:02.63. Joey Badalamenti came in third place in the pole vault with a height of 12.6. Joey had already qualified for the state tournament with a height of 13.0. The girls 4 x100 meter relay team ( Morgan Crocker, Morgan Ferguson, Makenzie Joiner, and Sophie Kinney) came in 8th place and qualified for states with a time of 50.45. The girls 4 x 400 meter relay team (Morgan Ferguson, Rachel Crytser, Ellie Myers, and Makenzie Joiner) came in 7th place and qualified for states with a time of 4:11.38. Sophie Kinney set a school record in the 100 meter dash with a time of 12.92. The team travels to Harrisonburg on Friday for the state tournament. The following athletes have qualified for states:

The 4 x 100 relay team (Morgan Crocker, Morgan Ferguson, Makenzie Joiner, and Sophie Kinney) qualified with a time of 50.45.
The 4 x 400 relay team ((Morgan Ferguson, Rachel Crytser, Ellie Myers, and Makenzie Joiner) qualified with a time of 4:11.38.
