Field Hockey Game

The Hanover Hawks Varsity Field Hockey team completed the regular season sweep over the Lee Davis Confederates at home this past Monday with a score of 2-1. Senior Lauren Didlake was the first to score with an early goal in the first half. In the second half, the Confederates managed to tie the game 1-1. However, Sophomore Alli Moore scored a late goal that put the Hawks up 2-1 and secured them the victory. With this win, the Field Hockey team improved their record to 8-5. Hanover has a 5-1 record against county opponents with Atlee placing second with a record of 4-2.  The Hawks next match will be at Henrico High School on Wednesday, October 11. Come out and support your Hawks Field Hockey team!
